DIY Gift Card Holder

If you’re a follower of my blog or have spent any time looking around, it is quite obvious I use vinyl to create most of my projects. But, this week, I was in need of a gift card holder, so I thought it would be a great time to venture out and try some paper crafting.

I pretty much know what I’m doing when making cut files for vinyl, but this type of cut file took me some time to figure out.  It’s a fairly simple design to cut, but definitely wasn’t simple to create.  There is definitely a learning curve for creating folded/perforated designs.

Once the design was created, it was an easy project to make.  Just cut out the pieces with a digital cutter, fold on the perforations, and glue everything together.
Come back later for the free digital file to create your own.
